We made a deliberate choice to base ourselves in Luxembourg. The Grand Duchy is increasingly becoming a centre within Europe for portfolio structuring for wealthy families. Its key features are privacy, asset protection, flexibility and freedom. In addition, Luxembourg is a global player in the area of asset management and many private equity funds, pension funds, insurance companies and listed companies’ headquarters are based here. An even more important factor is that it is the first country in Europe with legislation for multi-family offices. We are subject to the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) (licence for family office, asset management and trust activities registered under number 21/12, www.cssf.lu). The rules governing independence and transparency are additional safeguards for you as a client. Last but not least Luxemburg provides a stable political and economical climate with a highly developed legal infrastructure. Its central location in Europe also makes it easy to reach.
